Among the key attributes that shape the rankings of companies, the quality of products & services continues to top the list as critical to success, alongside clarity of strategy, quality of management, financial soundness, and capacity to innovate.
Against a backdrop of growing geopolitical, macroeconomic and cybersecurity risks, the study also highlights that technology/AI, trust and talent retention are seen as the biggest opportunities for UK businesses ahead.

Run by Echo Research, in partnership with the London Stock Exchange, Britain’s Most Admired Companies is the UK’s longest running study of corporate reputation.
The 2024 study analysed 238 firms across 27 sectors based on feedback from 330 C-suite peers, financial analysts, and industry experts across 13 reputational criteria.
