When Moderna approached Echo Research, Moderna was unknown to most of the world, its vaccine solution unproven, its share price was low, and mistrust in mRNA technology was high.
Research was needed to assess the enterprise’s profile, benchmark the impact of communications and external reputation management in support of Moderna’s corporate ambitions in enhancing human health globally.
Echo set a programme of integrated media and social media benchmarking to provide an external perspective on messaging, reputation and influencers.
As a result of using Echo’s recommendations, Moderna gained outstanding achievement of 3rd place in the Axios/Harris 2021 reputation assessment.
Our work was recognised with an AMEC gold award for most impactful client recommendation arising from a measurement study.
