Ray is an experienced corporate affairs executive with a demonstrated history of success in healthcare, technology, biotechnology, and consumer industries, including manufacturing, R&D, financial, and M&A environments.
Ray has held senior corporate affairs leadership roles at Amgen Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and Moderna, Inc.; and senior communication advisory roles at Pfizer Inc. (including now-divested subsidiaries Zoetis Inc. and Minerals Technologies Inc.); Exxon Office Systems Company; Dun & Bradstreet technology subsidiary National CSS Inc.; and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (including its former consumer subsidiary, Clairol Inc.).
Ray earned his B.A. from Yale University and his M.B.A. in marketing and finance from Columbia Business School, Columbia University.
His four grown sons and their expanding families have kept him and his wife geographically mobile and delightfully busy during almost every moment of their free time.
