Dominic advises boards and directs strategic communications in high-profile organisations at the heart of public service and business change.
Having started as a newspaper, radio, and TV journalist, Dominic has been the Group Communications Director at Serco and British Gas, a member of the executive committee at Mabey Holdings, and now runs his reputation management consultancy, Red Kite.
Married with two children, he enjoys living the country life in the Chilterns, where he is also nurturing an artisan cider business.
