Understanding the role of resilience at the EACD Summit 2024

Echo Research is proud to be participating in the EACD Summit 2024 in Brussels from 27-28 May. Tarquin Henderson and Keith Wells will be leading a workshop at the summit geared towards resilience. This workshop is aimed at working with participants to build on our resilience service – a framework that can track the value and importance of stakeholder insight in building organisations that are best equipped to face the challenges of a world in flux.
To top off the summit, Sandra Macleod will take to the stage to speak about Echo’s resilience study, sharing the results on perceptions of resilience and its role in reputation management.
