Expert Witness in Reputation and cited as 'among the 100 most influential people in PR', Sandra founded the company in 1989. 

Sandra is the recipient of the 2018 Page Distinguished Service Award and the 2020 Don Bartholomew Award for her global contribution to reputation management and measurement. 

Beginning her career at PA Management Consultants, Sandra is an Ambassador to the International Integrated Reporting Council, founder of AMEC, co-chair of the judges for the MCA and CIPR  industry awards, and former member of Richemont S.A.’s Governance and Sustainability Board.

Sandra is a frequent traveller, mother of two impressive young adults, and keeps fit by trying to keep up with her hyperactive spaniel, Ziggy.
